We review the requirements of your idea and determine the suitable materials and the production type. Upon request, we can send you a material sample so you have an idea of the surface effect. With our many years of experience, we can advise you on the most efficient and best malleability during deep-drawing, chamfering or wrapping. All machining processes, such as milling, adhesive bonding and finishing, are completed according to your requirements. Finally, you will receive a proposal from us that is non-binding for you with an exact description of the product and details on scaled pricing and production lead times.
Our engineers prepare CAD data with the submitted drawing, based on which we can produce the forming dies in our facility. This saves time and money. First articles are produced, based on which the production parameters are calculated and defined. Sources of interference are determined and stopped as a part of this optimising process. Series production starts once you have given your final approval. This can range from a single unit to small batches to large series production – it all depends on your particular needs.
ISO-9001 certification is performed in our facilities regularly, allowing us to document and define all process sequences – for example in our inspection reports and first article inspection reports.
Final adjustments are made during the sample creation stage and we work with you to mutually define the quality. Upon request, we would be happy to perform functions tests with chassis made available to us, leading to a stress-free processing in your facility.
